Set boundaries before you start

Decide in advance how much time and money you can afford to lose, and stop when either limit is reached. Do not chase losses, increase stakes to recover money or use gambling to manage stress. Avoid betting when intoxicated or distressed.

If you find yourself hiding gambling, borrowing, missing bills or repeatedly breaking limits, pause access and speak to someone you trust. A comparison site cannot diagnose or treat gambling harm.

Self-exclusion in Kenya

The Gambling Regulatory Authority describes a self-exclusion process. Its public guidance says exclusion can apply across participating gambling entities for a set period, and explains identity verification and contact routes. Check the GRA page for the current steps and eligibility.

You can also check whether the operator offers account limits, time-outs or self-exclusion tools in its current responsible-gambling policy. Keep in mind that site-level tools may differ by operator.
