What the score means
Our 0–10 figure is an evidence-coverage score. It answers a narrow question: how much of the public comparison checklist could we support with dated, attributable material? It does not measure odds value, payout reliability, user satisfaction, fairness, safety or winning potential. We do not use a star rating or a “best bookmaker” label.
Five criteria and the 0–2 scale
Legal identity and current authorization: 0 means no attributable local legal statement was found; 1 means the operator publishes an identity or licence claim but current-period authorization is not independently confirmed; 2 requires a current primary regulator record matching legal entity, activity and domain.
Mobile access: 0 means no reliable operator evidence; 1 means a mobile site or app is listed by the operator; 2 means a current official operator page describes mobile access and, where an app is claimed, links to an attributable app-store listing or official app-distribution page. This is not a speed or security test.
Payment disclosure: 0 means no country-specific primary-source methods were found; 1 means the operator names a local method; 2 means local options are described with clear account/terms context on an official source. This does not reward transaction speed.
Customer support: 0 means no attributable contact route; 1 means an official route or help centre is listed; 2 means multiple identifiable channels and stated availability are published. We do not award points for response quality unless a separate test is carried out.
Rules and responsible gambling: 0 means no accessible official terms or RG information; 1 means one of these is published; 2 means both are accessible and attributable to the operator.
Source hierarchy and corroboration
Primary sources take priority: GRA and Kenyan law for legal requirements, operator pages for the operator’s own terms and features, and official app stores for app publisher metadata. A company’s self-description is labelled as such. Third-party summaries may help locate a record but do not substitute for the original source in a score.
For a licence score of 2, the evidence must match company name, trade name, licence category, domain and active period. If one element is missing or the record is historic, score 1 at most and explain the gap. Absence from a search result is never proof that a licence does not exist.
Check dates, repeatability and changes
Every review shows a last-checked date. We record a claim only if the source and the relevant date can be identified. Mobile, payment, support and sports menus can change, so readers should check the original page before acting. We do not claim to verify deposits, withdrawals or odds movement unless a documented test was performed.
When sources conflict, the page displays the conflict rather than selecting the most favorable statement. Corrections should include the page, the claim, a primary source and the date accessed.
Affiliate independence
Some outbound operator links generate commission. Affiliate status does not add points, improve order, change a legal finding or allow an operator to buy a rating. Catalogues and tables are alphabetic unless a page explicitly says another order is used. Affiliate links carry nofollow and sponsored attributes.
