Evidence before conclusion

We use primary sources where possible and attach a source and check date to operator-specific statements. A legal footer is evidence of the operator’s public claim; it is not itself a regulator decision. A published payment method does not prove a transaction works for every user.

When sources disagree, we state the disagreement and limit the conclusion. We do not invent app performance, response times, withdrawal speeds, odds advantages or current licence status.

Corrections and updates

Pages display an update date. We revisit high-change fields—legal notices, payment methods, support channels and app listings—when a source changes or a documented correction arrives. We retain the original source trail and adjust score criteria only when the evidence changes.

A correction request should identify the URL and exact statement, explain why it is inaccurate and provide a primary source. We will review the evidence and note material changes.

Commercial separation

Affiliate commissions may fund this project. Commercial relationships are disclosed, but do not determine scoring or placement. Operators do not approve editorial conclusions. We do not accept payment to remove a documented limitation or alter a licence status label.
